What To Expect

Discover the benefits of meditation for your workplace with a face-to-face or virtual meditation class. Choose from 30, 45 or 60 minute classes tailored to the needs and ability of your team members. Each class is facilitated by our expert Meditation Instructors with over 20 years’ experience teaching a range of meditation practices that may include mindfulness meditation, transcendental meditation, body scan meditation and guided visualisation. Instructors will come to your workplace or join your employees online (virtual meditation) for a guided meditation experience that considers all ability levels. Employees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn short meditation techniques to practice at home or in the office.

Our classes are taught by one of our highly experienced and qualified Meditation & Mindfulness Instructors. You can view our facilitators and instructors on the Meet The Team page. All instructors are fully qualified and insured to run guided meditation classes and have decades of experience facilitating classes with a range of organisations and individuals.

The only equipment required to run workplace meditation classes is a chair or comfortable floor to sit on. Online meditation classes can be accessed from home or the office by clicking into the provided meeting link.

No, our meditation classes are adjusted to suit all levels and abilities. The Wellness Workshop instructors are experts at modifying and adjusting breathing and guided exercises to ensure each participant has an enjoyable experience and can reap the benefits of mindfulness and meditation.

As long as you have a place to sit, you have space for a meditation class. Generally we suggest at least 1.5-2 metres per person to ensure participants don’t feel too crowded or close together.

Of course. In fact, most clients book a series of meditation classes across a calendar year to ensure staff can benefit from the practice regularly.
